- In 2006, after taking over yet another struggling region, his team was
number one in the company for sales revenues for Q4 at 129% of quota.
- In 2000 Tarell inherited a team that was number six of seven regions in
sales. In nine months, he had replaced five of six salespeople (including
himself, #2 in the company) and had the number two region in the country.
- From 1990 to 1997, Tarell was an independent publisher's rep working on
special interest titles. In that time he took revenues on his primary
magazine from $360,000 annually to $1.8 Million at his departure.
